Donald Livingston: "The 14th Amendment"
The fourteenth amendment is nearly universally used as the excuse by proponents of centralized power as the reason that the federal government has the authority to reign supreme over the states and citizens, alike. Although never constitutionally ratified, this amendment has been used to transform every American into a citizen of the federal government instead of his state and to make the states little more than mere political subdivisions of the federal leviathan. This discussion explains how, why, and the consequences... for all Americans, not just Southerners.

Donald Livingston: "Reconstruction: The Long Retreat from Politics to Legalism"
In this first of a two-part discussion on Reconstruction by Dr. Livingston, he examines the philosophical transformation that America underwent politically during the transition from the American Republic prior to the War of Northern Aggression to the federal empire which emerged afterward.

Donald Livingston: "Reconstruction: The Long March to Centralisation"
This conclusion of Dr. Livingston's two-part treatise on Reconstruction lays out, in plain language, the path that America took as the Republic of our Founding Fathers devolved into an all-powerful, federal leviathan. An understanding of the course which has brought America to this point may hopefully also provide the keys to the restoration of our liberties.

Thomas DiLorenzo: "Reconstructing America"
One of the men generally recognised for exploding the Yankee myth of Lincoln examines how Lincoln, the Radical Republicans, and the federal government, in general, succeeded in changing not just the Southern way of life after the War... but the very fabric of American self-government.

Michael Hill: "The Highland Clearances & Southern Reconstruction"
The similarities between the treatment that Southerners received from our American Yankee oppressors during Reconstruction and the treatment that the Scots received from the English Yankee tyrants for thousands of years... is striking! Learn about the historical treatment of the Scots and the attempt at their cultural genocide... and how it parallels the South today.

Thomas Fleming: "Scots & Southerners"
The culture of the South is certainly Anglo-Celtic, with a greater degree of Celtic than any other region on the American continent. Find out why this has been important in the development of Southern culture and learn just what the uniquely Celtic elements of our culture are.

Frank Walsh: "Our Southern Music Heritage"
If you have any interest at all in the stirring music of our Southern traditions, then this message is a MUST! Delivered by Frank Walsh of the 12th Louisiana String Band, this presentation will give both a musical and historical background of our Southern musical heritage... and you wont be surprised to find out the Celtic connection to much of that heritage!

James Kibler: "Out of the Box: An Irish Lesson"
Much has been written and spoken about the possibilities for a restored Southern republic in our future. Professor James Kibler, a genuine Southern agrarian and literary master, presents a compelling case for Southerners to think "outside the box" of traditional American politics in search of the will that is necessary to reclaim independence... and the Irish will to win their independence is the natural lesson for Southerners to study.

Steven Wilkins - "Patrick Henry & Constitutional Liberty"
Patrick Henry was one of the few American patriots who spoke out against the proposed constitutional convention in 1787 and refused to attend. In this presentation, Pastor Steven Wilkins explains Patrick Henry's concerns about the creation of a more powerful federal government and his arguments for the proper way to ensure true liberty in the new American Republic. The visionary thoughts of Patrick Henry are, indeed, appropriate for consideration in our own day of an out-of-control federal government.

Steven Wilkins - "The Brief Life of Jeb Stuart"
The dashing cavalry commander Jeb Stuart was the "eyes and ears" of Lee's army. His daring raids and exploits behind enemy lines made him a household name throughout the Confederacy. His chivalry rivaled even that of the legendary knights of the Round Table. This presentation by Pastor Wilkins is one of the few recorded messages about the life of this great Southern general.

Clyde Wilson - "John C. Calhoun"
John C. Calhoun was the foremost spokesman for Southern Rights and "States' Rights" for an entire generation before the War for Southern Independence. He spent an entire career in Congress, representing his home state of South Carolina, and led the effort to nullify the Tariff of Abominations... an action which nearly precipitated war years earlier than it actually came. His vigorous defence of the use of the Doctrine of Nullification by the states is perhaps the single best chance to restore our liberties in the face of growing federal encroachment today. And there is none more qualified to speak on Calhoun than Professor Clyde Wilson of the University of South Carolina, editor of the Calhoun Papers.
